Fourteen feet of hand-spliced double-braid rope with a weighted, poppered end and a snap.
Fourteen feet keeps a person outside the circle a horse can swing into, and gives enough line for most groundwork without coiling excess in the hand. The weighted end carries a swing on its own, which is what makes it useful for desensitising — the rope does the work rather than the arm. Weight through the body also means a cue travels the line cleanly and the slack returns as soon as the hand drops.
